Draw Users Based on Post Engagement

The "Lottery" feature allows you to randomly select users who have reposted (retweeted), liked, replied to, or quote-posted (quote-tweeted) your posts, and download the lottery results as a CSV file.

For "Post engagement", please refer to Confirm and React to Users who Engaged with Posts.

Draw a Lottery from Users who Reposted (Retweeted), Liked, Replied to, or Quote-Posted (Quote-Tweeted)​

  1. Click [Followers] from the menu.
  2. Click [Post engagement].
  3. Click [Lottery].
  4. Set the target users for the lottery and enter the number of winners.
  5. Click [Download Winning Users as CSV]. A list of winning users will be downloaded as a CSV file.
    1. For items in the downloadable CSV file, please refer to Download Inbox and Follower Data as CSV.
tip

Users not displayed in "Post engagement" will not be eligible for the lottery. For users not displayed (data that cannot be acquired), please refer to Confirm and React to Users who Engaged with Posts.

Setting Target Users for the Lottery​

You can set the target users for the lottery using the items below.

Target PostSelect your post. Among the posts selected here, users corresponding to the "Target Users for Winners" below will be drawn.
Target Users for WinnersYou can select one or more from "Users who reposted (retweeted)", "Users who liked", "Users who quote-posted (quote-tweeted)", and "Users who replied". If multiple are selected, users who fall under any of the selected categories will be eligible as winning users.
Active FilterYou can further narrow down the target users for winners using SocialDog's "Filter" feature (explained later).
Number of WinnersYou can specify the number of winning users as a value between 1 and 1,000, inclusive.

About "Active Filter"​

For example, if you want to run a Follow & Repost (Retweet) Contest, you can select "Followers only" using the Filter feature in advance to narrow down the lottery targets to only your Followers.

Note​

  • Lottery results are not saved in SocialDog. Please be sure to save and manage the results as a file.
  • You can run the lottery any number of times, but each time will yield different results.
  • The "Lottery" feature is a Beta version feature. Please note that the feature may be changed, suspended, or terminated due to circumstances.
