Limitations Per Plan

You can acquire posts within the acquisition count limits set for each plan. Therefore, in cases where a large number of posts are made, such as during campaign postings, not all posts may be acquired.

With the Enterprise plan, you can acquire up to 50,000 posts per month. This can also be utilized for operating campaigns where users post with specific hashtags.

The number of posts that can be collected in a single acquisition is 500, and the maximum acquisition count for the past 30 days is as follows:

  • Enterprise Plan: 100 times (500 posts x 100 times = maximum 50,000 posts can be collected)
  • Business Plan: 30 times (500 posts x 30 times = maximum 15,000 posts can be collected)
  • Professional Plan: 10 times (500 posts x 10 times = maximum 5,000 posts can be collected)

  • Set multiple keywords such as "diet breakfast".
  • Utilize search operators.

Keywords Field

  • Entering multiple keywords separated by spaces results in an AND condition.
    • For example, entering "#diet breakfast" allows you to acquire posts containing both "#diet" and "breakfast".
  • You can use search operators for Keyword Monitor.
    • For example, entering "#diet OR breakfast" allows you to acquire posts containing either "#diet" or "breakfast".

Search Options

Operators cannot be used in search options.

Acquiring the Latest Posts with the Keyword Monitor

The Keyword Monitor does not automatically acquire posts. You can acquire posts at any desired time.

Please set the "Acquisition Count" to a number sufficient to include the posts you wish to acquire.

Only posts newer than the most recently acquired posts will be acquired, so posts that were not acquired once cannot be acquired by the same Keyword Monitor again.

For example, if you acquire the latest 1,000 posts (consuming 2 acquisition counts) and there were actually 1,500 relevant posts, only the latest 1,000 posts will be acquired, and the remaining 500 will not. If you then acquire the latest posts again, only posts newer than those already acquired will be retrieved, and the remaining 500 will still not be acquired.

  1. From the menu, click Inbox.
  2. Click the added keyword in the menu.
  3. Click [Get Latest Posts] at the top of the screen.
  4. Select the [Number of Posts to Acquire] from the dropdown and click [Get Latest Posts] at the bottom right.
    1. You can select the acquisition count according to the number of posts you want to collect.
  5. Posts for the added keyword will be collected.

You can delete Keyword Monitors that are no longer needed.

  1. From the menu, click [Inbox] -> Keyword Monitor Settings.
  2. Click the [Delete] button for the keyword you wish to remove.
  3. Review the confirmation message and click [OK].
tip

The number of acquired items will not decrease even if you delete the Keyword Monitor.

    2. Clicking "Post Time" in the ① red frame area will transition you to the X (formerly Twitter) screen of the target post.

Plan-Specific Limits

Acquisition Counts for 30 Days

The number of acquisitions (Note 2) possible within the past 30 days (Note 1) varies by plan.

  • Enterprise Plan: 100 times
    • 500 posts x 100 times = maximum 50,000 posts
  • Business Plan: 30 times
    • 500 posts x 30 times = maximum 15,000 posts
  • Professional Plan: 10 times
    • 500 posts x 10 times = maximum 5,000 posts
Note 1: Regarding "Past 30 Days"

Please note that this is not the count from the beginning to the end of the month.

Example: If the current time is "2023/6/15 15:00", the remaining acquisition count at that point is calculated based on acquisitions from "2023/5/16 15:00 to 2023/6/15 15:00".

Note 2: Regarding how acquisition counts are calculated

The number of acquisition counts consumed is determined by the actual number of posts acquired.

Example:

  • An acquisition is performed with "Number of Posts to Acquire" set to "1,500 posts (consuming 3 acquisition counts)".
  • The result of the actual acquired data is "700 posts". → The acquisition counts consumed will be "2". Acquisition counts for unacquired posts are not consumed.
