When your X (Twitter) account is "locked", your follows and followers become zero. At this time, SocialDog treats this as an "unfollow." When the account lock is lifted, your follows and followers are restored. At this time, SocialDog displays this as a "follow."
Since X (Twitter) does not provide a mechanism to determine an "account lock," SocialDog cannot detect it.
