Q:Can I get all tweets in the Keyword Monitor?

Keyword Monitor uses Full Archive Search, a feature of Twitter Enterprise API.

Full Archive Search allows you to retrieve all tweets posted in the past 30 days.

Tweets can be retrieved within the number of retrievals specified for each plan. Therefore, if a large number of tweets are posted, such as campaign tweets, it may not be possible to retrieve all of the tweets.

Q:There are some tweets that cannot be retrieved, even though they were posted in the past 30 days.

Keyword Monitor only retrieves tweets that are newer than the tweets that have already been retrieved. Therefore, it is possible that some tweets may not be retrieved in the following cases:

  • There were 600 tweets that matched the keyword in the past 30 days.

  • The number of tweets to be retrieved was set to 500 and the "Get latest tweets" button was clicked.

In the above case, the 100 tweets that were not retrieved cannot be retrieved afterwards.

Q:Can I retrieve tweets prior to the last 30 days?

Not possible at this time.

Q:How long can I see the tweets retrieved by the Keyword Monitor?

The data collected by Keyword Monitor is kept for 2 to 3 months and is regularly deleted.

If you want to keep the data, please use the CSV download feature.
