You can send DMs (Direct Messages) to the winners of your Contests. This can be used for notifying winners, etc.

Overview of "Send DMs in Bulk" Feature

DM Sending Timing

SocialDog automatically determines the timing for sending DMs. Depending on the number of messages to be sent and the sending status of other users, it may not be possible to send all DMs within the same day.

DM Sending Limit (Approximate)

Up to 500 messages can be sent per 24 hours.

In some cases, such as when sending the same message to everyone, fewer DMs may be sent. If messages cannot be sent, retransmission will occur after 24 hours.

Sending DMs to Winners in Bulk

1. Open "Winners" for the target Contest.
2. Click "Send DMs in Bulk."
3. On the "Send DMs in Bulk" screen, enter the message content and click "Send."

Sending DMs with Embedded Gift Codes

When sending DMs to winners in bulk, you can embed individual gift codes in the message.

1. On the "Send DMs in Bulk" screen, enter the message content.
2. Click "Load Gift Codes."
3. Enter one gift code per line and click "Load."
4. In the "Message Content," enter {code} where you want to embed the gift code.
5. Click "Send."

tip

Gift codes cannot be manually assigned to users. SocialDog automatically determines the combination of gift codes and users.

If DM Sending Fails

The following may be the cause:

• The sending Account has been flagged as spam.
• The recipient Account is temporarily suspended.
• An issue has occurred on X (Twitter)'s side.

If it fails, please try sending again after at least 30 minutes from the time of failure.
