Send DMs to winners (in bulk).

You can send Direct Messages (DMs) to campaign winners. This can be used for purposes such as winner notification.

Overview of the "Send Batch DMs" Feature

DM Sending Timing

SocialDog automatically determines the DM sending timing. Depending on the volume of messages and other users' sending activities, it may not be possible to send all DMs within the same day.

Approximate DM Sending Limit

Typically, you can send up to 100 messages per 24 hours. However, the number of DMs that can be sent may be reduced in certain cases, such as when sending the same message content to all recipients. If sending fails, a resend attempt will be made after 24 hours.

Send Batch DMs to Winners

1. Open "Winners" for the target campaign.
2. Click "Send Batch DMs".
3. On the "Send Batch DMs" screen, enter the message content and click "Send".

Embed Gift Codes When Sending DMs

When sending batch DMs to winners, you can embed individual gift codes within the message.

1. On the "Send Batch DMs" screen, enter the message content.
2. Click "Load Gift Codes".
3. Enter one gift code per line and click "Load".
4. In the "Message Content" field, enter {code} where you want to embed the gift code.
5. Click "Send".

Gift codes cannot be manually assigned to users. SocialDog automatically determines the association between gift codes and users.

If DM Sending Fails

The following reasons may apply:

• The sending account has been flagged as spam.
• The recipient account is temporarily suspended.
• X (formerly Twitter) is experiencing an outage.

If a failure occurs, please attempt to resend the message after at least 30 minutes from the time of failure.
