Send DMs to winners (batch send DMs).
You can send DMs (Direct Messages) to campaign winners. This can be used for winner notifications, etc.
Overview of the "Send Bulk DMs" Feature
DM Sending Timing
SocialDog automatically determines the DM sending timing. Depending on the number of messages to be sent and the sending status of other users, it may not be possible to send all DMs within the same day.
DM Sending Limit (Approximate)
Normally, you can send up to 100 DMs per 24 hours. However, in some cases, such as sending the identical message to everyone, the number of DMs that can be sent may be reduced. If a DM fails to send, a resend will be attempted after 24 hours.
Sending Bulk DMs to Winners
- Open "Winners" for the target campaign.
- Click "Send Bulk DMs".
- On the "Send Bulk DMs" screen, enter the message content and click "Send".

Sending DMs with Embedded Gift Codes
When sending bulk DMs to winners, you can embed individual gift codes within the message.
- On the "Send Bulk DMs" screen, enter the message content.

- Click "Load Gift Codes".
- Enter one gift code per line and click "Load".

- In the "Message Content" field, enter
{code}where you want to embed the gift code. - Click "Send".
You cannot manually assign gift codes to users. The combination of gift codes and users is automatically determined by SocialDog.
If DM Sending Fails
The following reasons are possible:
- The sender account has been flagged as spam.
- The recipient account is temporarily suspended.
- An issue has occurred on the X (Twitter) side.
If it fails, please try sending again after 30 minutes or more have passed since the failure.
