This section describes the methods for verifying applicants, conducting drawings, and managing winners.

Regardless of campaign type, the operations for verifying applicants, conducting drawings, managing winners, and sending DMs are common for all campaign types.

About the Entrant List​

Campaign entrants can be managed as "Entrants," "Winners," and "Provisional Winners."

  • Entrants
    • These are participants in the campaign.
    • Includes winners and provisional winners.
      • Entrants can be in one of the following states: "Winner," "Provisional Winner," or "Neither Winner nor Provisional Winner."
  • Winners
    • These are the winners.
  • Provisional Winners
    • Provisional winners can be managed for cases where a winner declines or cannot be reached.

Opening the Entrant List​

You can view a list of users who meet the application criteria (this list can be viewed even during the application period).

  1. From the menu, click Campaigns.
  2. On the row of the target campaign, click [Entrants].

  • It may take some time for user follow/unfollow actions to be reflected in the entrant list.
  • Users who have reposted will not be removed from the entrant list even if they later undo their repost.

Downloading the Entrant List as CSV​

On the top right of the entrant list screen, click [Download CSV].

Conducting the Drawing​

After the application period ends, you can conduct a drawing to randomly select "Winners" and "Provisional Winners."

  1. On the entrant list screen, click [Draw].
  2. Enter the number of "Winners" and "Provisional Winners."
  3. Click [Draw].
  4. The specified number of users will become "Winners" or "Provisional Winners."

Users Excluded from the Drawing​

Users who have already been selected as winners or provisional winners will be excluded from the drawing.

Manually Adding, Excluding, and Promoting Winners​

You can manually select individual winners or exclude winners/provisional winners without using the drawing function.

  1. For the target campaign, open "Winners" or "Provisional Winners."
  2. Operate using the buttons in the "Add to List" column.
    • Manually Register/Promote to Winner: "Add to Winner" (trophy icon)
    • Exclude Winner/Provisional Winner: "Remove from Winner" (trophy icon) / "Remove from Provisional Winner" (star icon)
