Alerts notify all team members via email when posts containing specified keywords meet the notification criteria. This feature is useful when you want to respond quickly without missing signs of virality or potential crises.

This page explains the steps for creating, reviewing, editing, and deleting alerts, as well as the notification mechanism.

What Alerts Can Do

  • When you set keywords to monitor and notification conditions, a notification email is sent to all team members' email addresses when the conditions are met.
  • For keywords, you can set search conditions similar to those in [Keyword Monitor].
  • On the Alerts list screen, in addition to alerts currently set, you can check the number of alerts allowed per plan and the current usage.

Create an Alert

  1. Click [Analytics] -> [Alerts].
  2. Click [Create Alert]. The alert settings screen will be displayed.
  3. Enter an [Alert Name].
    • If left blank, the content entered in the keyword field will be saved as the alert name.
  4. Enter keywords in [Target Posts].
    • From [Advanced Conditions], you can set detailed search conditions similar to those in [Keyword Monitor].
  5. Set [Notification Conditions].
    • Specify the period and number of posts (e.g., 10 or more posts per hour).
    • If you want to add the rate of increase compared to the number of posts during the same time of day on the previous day as a condition, check the box and enter the increase rate.
    • If both conditions are set, you will be notified when both conditions are met.
      • Example: If the conditions are "10 or more posts per hour" and "50% or more increase compared to the same time of day on the previous day" at 10:40, you will be notified if the number of posts between 9:40 and 10:40 is 10 or more, AND it is 1.5 times or more the number of posts between 9:40 and 10:40 on the previous day.
  6. In [Preview], check the number of posts in the last 24 hours, the number of posts per hour in the last hour, and the hourly graph for the last 24 hours.
  7. Click [Create Alert]. The alert will be created, and the alert list screen will be displayed.
tip

You can also start creating an alert from [Create Alert] displayed for keywords in [Keyword Monitor Settings Screen] or for keywords you searched for in [Conversation trends]. When clicked, the alert settings screen will open with the same search conditions pre-filled.
