Adding and Switching Competitor Accounts
Competitor accounts for analysis can be added in the "Competitor Accounts" settings.
The competitor account to be analyzed can be switched using the dropdown menu at the top of the screen.
To add an Instagram competitor account, at least one Instagram account linked via "Log in with Facebook" must be connected to your team. The linking method for Instagram accounts can be changed in the "SNS Accounts" settings.
Graphs
You can view values such as impressions and engagements for posts in a graph.
The analysis items displayed in the graph can be changed using the dropdown menu, and up to 6 analysis items can be displayed simultaneously.
You can also change the analysis period and view daily, monthly, or yearly values.
"Post Date Basis" Metrics
The "○○ (Post Date Basis)" option available in the graph refers to aggregated values for posts published on that specific date.
Example: "Likes (Post Date Basis)"
- If 'n' posts were published on April 1st, the total number of likes for those 'n' posts will be displayed.
- Since likes can increase after a post is published, likes received on dates other than April 1st may also be reflected in and affect the April 1st value.
Post List
You can view the impressions and engagement values acquired by each post. The values displayed in the "Post List" are all lifetime values (the final engagement value for that post, regardless of the period specified on the screen).
