Making the most of Analytics
Common operations available on Analytics pages include CSV data download, changing the period and display unit (month, week, or day), and sorting the Post list.
Download CSV Files
You can download data from each Analytics page in CSV file format.
CSV file downloads are only available on PC browsers.
- Open the Analytics page you want to download.
- Select the period and display unit (month, week, or day).
- Click the [↓] icon to the right of the table or graph you want to download.
If there are multiple "Post tags," they will be displayed separated by commas.
Change the Period and Display Unit (Month, Week, Day)
On each Analytics page, you can change the period and display unit (month, week, or day). The period cannot be set longer than the "analyzable period" for each Plan. For details, please refer to the Plan.
For the display unit (month, week, or day), you can select "Hour", "Day", "Week", or "Month". On pages where the display unit (month, week, or day) cannot be set, only the period can be changed.
- Open the page you want to analyze.
- In the upper right corner of the screen, select the display unit (month, week, or day) from [Day], [Week], or [Month].
- By changing the date next to the display unit (month, week, or day), change the period.
Sort the Post List
On Analytics pages that display a Post list, you can sort by clicking the table headers. You can sort "Replies," "Reposts (Retweets)," "Likes," and "Engagements" in ascending or descending order.
- Open the Analytics page displaying the Post list.
- Select the period and display unit (month, week, or day).
- Click the headers of the Post list table ([Replies], [Reposts (Retweets)], [Likes], [Engagements]).
If the downloaded file contains the URLs of Social profile icon images or Post image URLs, you can display the images on the sheet using image functions in Excel, Google Sheets, etc.
