Downloading CSV Files

You can download data from each analysis page in CSV file format.

CSV file download is only available on PC browsers.

  1. Open the analysis page you want to download from.
  2. Select the period and display unit (month, week, day).
  3. Click the [] icon to the right of the table or graph you want to download.
tip

If there are multiple "post tags," they will be displayed as comma-separated values.

Changing the Period and Display Unit (Month, Week, Day)

On each analysis page, you can change the period and display unit (month, week, day). You cannot set a period longer than the "analysis available period" for each plan. Please refer to Plans for details.

For the display unit (month, week, day), you can select "hour," "day," "week," or "month." On pages where the display unit (month, week, day) cannot be set, only the period can be changed.

  1. Open the page you want to analyze.
  2. Select the display unit (month, week, day) from [Day] [Week] [Month] in the upper right of the screen.
  3. Change the period by modifying the date next to the display unit (month, week, day).

Sorting the Post List

On analysis pages displaying a post list, you can sort by clicking the table header. You can sort "Replies," "Reposts (Retweets)," "Likes," and "Engagement" in ascending or descending order.

  1. Open the analysis page where the post list is displayed.
  2. Select the period and display unit (month, week, day).
  3. Click the table headers of the post list ([Replies] [Reposts (Retweets)] [Likes] [Engagement]).
