CSV File Download

Data from each Analytics page can be downloaded in CSV file format.

CSV file download is only available on PC browsers.

  1. Open the Analytics page you want to download.
  2. Select the period and display unit (monthly, weekly, daily).
  3. Click the [] icon to the right of the table or graph you want to download.
tip

If there are multiple "Post tags", they will be displayed comma-separated.

Change Period and Display Unit (Monthly, Weekly, Daily)

On each Analytics page, you can change the period and display unit (monthly, weekly, daily). For the period, you cannot set a period longer than the "Analytics Available Period" for each Plan. For details, please check the Plan.

For the display unit (monthly, weekly, daily), you can select "Hour", "Day", "Week", or "Month". On pages where the display unit (monthly, weekly, daily) cannot be set, only the period can be changed.

  1. Open the page you want to analyze.
  2. In the upper right corner of the screen, select the display unit (monthly, weekly, daily) from [Day], [Week], or [Month].
  3. By changing the date to the right of the display unit (monthly, weekly, daily), you can change the period.

Sort Post List

On Analytics pages where the Post list is displayed, you can sort by clicking the table headers. The number of Replies, Reposts (retweets), Likes, and Engagements can be sorted in ascending or descending order.

  1. Open the Analytics page where the Post list is displayed.
  2. Select the period and display unit (monthly, weekly, daily).
  3. Click the table headers in the Post list ([Replies], [Reposts (retweets)], [Likes], [Engagements]).
