Data not displayed
This article explains how to troubleshoot issues when data is not displayed.
- You may encounter situations where data is not displayed, accompanied by messages like the following:
- No relevant data was found.
- Data will be displayed from tomorrow onwards.

Reasons Why Data May Not Be Displayed
- The following types of data may not be displayed in SocialDog:
- Data that is not subject to retrieval
- Examples:
- Some data from before linking your account to SocialDog
- Some data from periods other than when a paid plan is in use
- Examples:
- Data that is subject to retrieval but SocialDog has not yet retrieved
- Immediately after linking an SNS account
- Immediately after adding a competitor account
- Immediately after a post was made outside of SocialDog
- Immediately after upgrading to a paid plan
- Data that is not subject to retrieval

Solutions When Data Is Not Displayed
The following solutions are available:
Verify Your Email Address
If you have not verified the email address registered with SocialDog, some data updates may not occur.
For information on verifying your email address, please refer to Changing/Verifying Your Email Address.
Change the Period
If you have specified a period for which there is no data to analyze, change it to a period that contains analysis data.

Wait for Data Retrieval
If the latest data is not displayed, it is possible that SocialDog has not yet retrieved the data.
The time it takes to retrieve data varies by type, but it may take up to approximately 72 hours for data to be displayed.
