This document explains how to address issues where data is not displayed.
- You may encounter situations where data is not displayed, accompanied by messages such as:
- No relevant data found.
- Data will be available from tomorrow.

Reasons Data May Not Be Displayed
- Data may not be displayed in SocialDog for the following reasons:
- Data not eligible for retrieval
- Examples:
- Some data from before linking your account to SocialDog.
- Some data from periods outside of paid plan usage.
- Examples:
- Eligible data not yet retrieved by SocialDog
- Immediately after linking an SNS account.
- Immediately after adding a competitor account.
- Immediately after posts were made outside of SocialDog.
- Immediately after upgrading to a paid plan.
- Data not eligible for retrieval

Troubleshooting Steps for Data Not Displaying
Consider the following troubleshooting methods:
Verify Your Email Address
If the email address registered with SocialDog has not been verified, some data updates will not be performed.
For information on email verification, refer to Completing Email Verification.
Adjust the Date Range
If you have specified a period without analytical data, change it to a period where analytical data is available.
For information on how to change the period, refer to Utilizing Analysis Features.
Wait for Data Retrieval
If the latest data is not displayed, SocialDog may not have retrieved the data yet.
The time required for data retrieval varies by type, but it may take up to approximately 72 hours for data to be displayed.
