Change display items.

On some screens, you can modify the displayed items. You can save customized displayed items as a "view set" for your team.

Modifying Display Items

1. Open the screen where you want to modify the display items.
2. Click [Display Items] → [Customize Display Items].
3. Select the display items you wish to show in the table. Deselect items you do not wish to show.
4. If you wish to save as a view set, select [Save as View Set] and enter a name for the view set (for team owners and administrators only).
5. Click [Apply] (or [Save and Apply]).

Using View Sets

You can use view sets created by yourself, as well as those created by other team members (owners and administrators).

1. Open the screen where you want to modify the display items.
2. Click [Display Items], then click the view set you wish to use.

Editing View Sets

Team owners and administrators can edit view sets.

1. Open the screen where you want to modify the display items.
2. Click [Display Items], then click the edit button (pencil icon) that appears next to the view set you wish to edit.
3. Select the display items you wish to show in the table. Deselect items you do not wish to show. You can also change the name of the view set as needed.
4. Click [Save and Apply].

Deleting View Sets

Team owners and administrators can delete view sets.

1. Open the screen where you want to modify the display items.
2. Click [Display Items] located above the post list or above the table on the post details page, then click the edit button (pencil icon) that appears next to the view set you wish to delete.
3. Click [Delete View Set].
