How to aggregate Analytics data

This section explains how displayed data is aggregated.

Time zone​

  • Analytics data is displayed for the period set in SocialDog's Time zone.

X (Twitter)​

  • Unless otherwise specified, Likes, Reposts, and Mentions are aggregated based on the Post date and time, not the date and time when these actions occurred.
  • If a Follower is frozen, it is also counted as an unfollow. If a Follower is unfrozen, it is counted as a New follower. Due to X (Twitter) API limitations, it is not possible to distinguish whether an unfollow is due to a freeze.
  • The timing of data acquisition for New followers, unfollows, new follows, and unfollows differs from the timing of data acquisition for Follower counts and Following counts. Therefore, there may be inconsistencies in these numbers.
  • Follower and Following counts, their changes, and net increases can only be viewed for data after linking your Social profile.

Instagram​

  • The Engagements displayed on the Instagram Account Dashboard show the combined values of feed Posts, Reel Posts, and Stories Posts.
