Aggregation method

Describes how displayed data is aggregated.

Time Zone

• Analytics data is displayed for the period set in SocialDog's time zone.

X (Twitter)

• Unless otherwise specified, likes, reposts, and mentions are aggregated based on the post date and time, not the date and time when these actions occurred.
• If a follower's account is suspended, it is counted as an unfollow. If a follower's account is unsuspended, it is counted as a new follower. Due to X (Twitter) API limitations, it is not possible to distinguish whether an unfollow is due to account suspension.
• The data acquisition timing for new followers, unfollows, new follows, and unfollows differs from that for follower and following counts. Therefore, there may be discrepancies in these figures.
• Follower and following counts, their changes, and net increase can only be viewed for data after linking your SNS account.

Instagram

• Engagement displayed on the Instagram account dashboard shows the combined values of three types of posts: feed posts, Reels, and Stories.
