Aggregation method

This section describes how displayed data is aggregated.

Time zone

• Analytics data is displayed for the period set in SocialDog's Time zone.

X (Twitter)

• Unless otherwise specified, Likes, Reposts, and Mentions are aggregated based on the Post date and time, not the date and time when these actions occurred.
• If a Follower is suspended, it is also counted as an unfollow. Furthermore, if a Follower is unsuspended, it is counted as a New follower. Due to X (Twitter) API restrictions, it is not possible to distinguish whether an unfollow is due to suspension.
• The timing of data acquisition for New followers, unfollows, new follows, and unfollows differs from that for Follower counts and Following counts. Therefore, there may be inconsistencies in these figures.
• Follower and Following counts, their changes, and net increase can only be viewed for data after linking your Social profile.

Instagram

• The Engagements displayed on the Instagram Account Dashboard show the combined values of feed Posts, Reels, and Stories.
