Aggregation method
This section describes how data is aggregated for display.
Time Zone
- Analytical data is displayed based on the periods configured in SocialDog's time zone.
tip
For details on configuring time zone settings, please refer to Modifying Team Settings | Managing Team Settings.
X (formerly Twitter)
- Unless otherwise specified, Likes, Reposts, and Mentions are aggregated based on the post date and time, not the date and time when these actions occurred.
- If a follower's account is suspended, it is counted as a follower unfollow. Conversely, if a suspended follower's account is unsuspended, it is counted as a new follower. Due to X API limitations, it is not possible to distinguish whether an unfollow is due to account suspension.
- The data acquisition timing for new followers, follower unfollows, new following, and following unfollows differs from that of follower count and following count. Consequently, discrepancies may occur in these values.
- Follower and following counts, their changes (increase/decrease), and net increase can only be viewed for data acquired after linking a social media account.
- For more details, refer to Retrieving Data Before Social Media Account Connection.
Instagram
- The engagement displayed on the Instagram account dashboard represents the aggregated sum of Feed Posts, Reels, and Stories.
